Phacil’s Continuous Process Improvement Methodology is the basis of our Quality Management System (QMS) and is founded on the principles of ISO 9001:2015. Supporting the QMS is our ISO 27001:2013 based Information Security Management System, and programs successfully appraised at CMMI Maturity Level 3 for Services & Development. We establish, monitor and continually assess metrics at corporate, program, Task Order and employee levels. The QMS consists of policies, plans, procedure documentation, and processes integrated in order to facilitate contract support in operations management, and most importantly, provide our customers with quality services. Phacil’s QMS provides a Quality model of day-to-day operations, fulfilling the requirements of the contract, and achieving customer satisfaction. The QMS manages a variety of processes used to ensure quality, including Customer Satisfaction, Continuous Improvement, Document and Record Review, and Control of Nonconforming Services. All areas are measured against the expectation for 100% customer satisfaction.
